2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, diced (or 2 teaspoons garlic powder)

1 cup cooked kidney beans, or canned (drained and rinsed)
¼ cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons drained and chopped jarred jalapeno peppers
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
