How to prepare:

2. Meanwhile take your red peppers, onions and garlic slice them into thin pieces.
3. After the kielbasa has cooked slight crispy, lower your heat and add the pepper, onion and garlic slices into the pan with the kielbasa and its fat.
4. Add the passata, diced tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper.
5. Straight away add the raw pasta to the sauce and let it cook till it is al dente.
6. Once you have cooked all of your ingredients, give it a stir to combine your pasta, vegetables, kielbasa and sauce together and top it with the parmesan cheese to make a delicious meal that only takes 1 pan and about ten minutes to prepare!
